****Please note tent rentals and ceremony/reception seating rentals are not included in this price.****

 

How do we officially reserve our date?

Head on over to our Say Hello page and fill out our contact form to see if your date is available!
Once we finalize details we will send you a contract and invoice so you can put a deposit down to reserve the date. The deposit to hold your date is 50% of the package price.

Max Capacity

The maximum number of guests is 150.

What hours are included in the rental?

10AM-10PM for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rentals. Our hours are set by the county, so we are not able to add on any time to allow your event to go later into the evening. 

Ceremony space

Our outdoor ceremony area is truly amazing! Equipped with ample in ground electricity outlets for your music and decor needs, this space is nestled between beautiful landscaping in front of the best view of our vineyard. A perfect spot to say I do! We have a paved patio for the bride and groom to stand with two gardens on each side.

 

Reception tent space/ rental required

Reception tent, lighting, chair and table rentals are NOT included in the rental fee as there are a vast variety of style and size options you can choose from. We will do our best to accommodate tent, chair, and table delivery and set up times outside of your rental period. 

Linens

Table linens in 3 color options are included as completely complimentary items through Green Mill Catering. 

Catering

We partner with Green Mill Catering to ensure you are provided with the best possible service for dinner and bar. To provide you with stress free service, upon booking your date, Sarah from Green Mill Catering will reach out to you directly! Have another caterer in mind? Let's talk about it further because at the end of the day we want you to be happy!

Bar Service

Fountain Hill Winery is happy to provide bar service to your guests via our remote bar at your reception! This is a $600 bartender fee and includes a trained Fountain Hill Winery bartender, cash bar service, napkins, ice, and plastic ware for wine and beer. If you wish to serve hard alcohol at your event, a catering company with a liquor license must be the ones serving alcohol to guests. Wine must always be purchased through Fountain Hill Winery and Vineyard.

 

Can we bring our own vendors?

You're free to bring whomever you'd like! If you’re looking for some advice, please reach out for a list of preferred vendors that we love working with! Vendors can start setting up as early as 10AM.

Venue Manager

Our experienced venue manager will be on site from beginning to end of your special day. She will be present to answer any questions, coordinate with the vendors day of, and ensure bathrooms and reception area stay clean. 

Will your staff be involved in setting up and tearing down?

Our venue manager will be on site all day to answer any questions you and your vendors have throughout the event, but they will not be involved in set up or tear down.

Bathrooms

Guests can use the handicap accessible bathroom located in the tasting room. We also include a 2 stall luxury bathroom trailer in the rental fee!

Parking
Our private on-site paved parking lot accommodates 50 vehicles, with excess parking in our grass lot. We also have handicapped parking to accommodate those who need it.

The new Grand Stay Hotel and Suites is located right in town in Delano!

Do you allow pets?

We LOVE having your furry friends! Pets will be allowed with the bride and groom only on a wedding day. Please inquire with us for further details :)

We have wheelchair accessible parking spaces and bathroom

Is Wedding Insurance required?

Yes this is standard with most venues.  We require $1m of event insurance that can be provided by  Wedsafe.com or Wedsure.com.

Is security required?

If you serve alcohol, security is required.  We partner with Wright County off-duty Deputy’s. They are booked by us and present from the time the bar opens until guests depart at 10:00.  You provide payment by cash or check the morning of the event for this additional fee. The rate is $65 per hour per officer.
